I 2009 stiftede Thomas Nielsen webshoppen thebossshopshop.shop. Første brand i shoppen var eget mærke “The Boss”, som har udviklet sig siden. Brandet består i dag af en bred kollektion med t-shirt, sweatshirts, caps, samt boards, hjul, hardware og mere. Vigtigst af alt repræsenterer The Boss og TheBossShop 100% skateboarding.
